General Information


There is a legal requirement on all employers to carry out risk assessments on their workplaces and on their work processes. Whether employees are working on your premises or on those of a client’s, you as an employer are responsible for ensuring their safety. These risk assessments must then be included in your company safety statement. However, that is not the end of it – you must monitor the systems you have developed to ensure that they are in fact safe and that nothing has changed from the original risk assessment that might have an adverse effect on your employees or on any other parson that might be affected by your works.
