Every company should have a safety induction for their workers, as it is an essential part of the learning process with regard to safety management. Workers are made aware of the company/workplace safety rules, the persons who they can contact if they have a safety-related problem and the procedures to be taken should an emergency arise. Employees should sign off on the induction to confirm that they have been inducted.
